Deal breaker: looks like an ad-supported photo editor but it demands using an AGREE button at the bottom of a deceitful permissions description. The text is dark gray on a black background and barely readable. That’s bad enough. Then I barely make out a mandatory *app will take your photo with the camera* statement. I deleted this app. I am not willing to take chances with this lousy photo editor that is written to be suspicious and from an Asia-Pacific developer. Ad-supported I would have tolerated since the subscription photo editors are far too expensive.

I’ve actually used this app for a long time but they took away most of the editing functions and have made this pointless to keep. I even paid for this app at one point. They shouldn’t have changed the whole app.

I loved this app but now I can’t access my photos from it. Seems to be a common problem that the developer isn’t responding to or fixing. Time to move on.

I read a few reviews saying they couldn’t access their photos after upgrading their phones. Thinking I’m probably smarter than them, I figured I’d give it a shot. NOPE. Upon downloading for the first time, the app first asks permission to send notifications, and then says “can’t access photos”. A button pops up asking to please give permission, which bring you to your iPhone settings. Here, there are only two options: allow Siri, and allow notifications. Nothing about allowing access to photos. So, there it is. It took me longer to write this review than it did to download, figure out the app was utterly useless, and delete it. Shame, I was genuinely excited about a photo editor that wouldn’t keep prompting me to buy a subscription. Oh well. TL;DR: Don’t even bother.

I can’t access to my photos from this app. No access from other way either.

Just love it. Been using it since it launched. You can use the blur option to airbrush photos 😍 Now it’s giving me trouble . I can’t access images 🙈

it said to let it have access to my photos but there is no switch thing to allow it to have access. fixxxxx itttttt

“ADD TEXT” can’t be done with my iPHONE 6 plus. Would you help me how to do?

This was such an easy app to use for quick edits but lately it won’t even open. It tells me I have to give the app photo permission but I already have! When it redirects me to settings photo settings aren’t even an app option! Super bummed there’s been no fix!

With my new iPhone 12 Pro, I can not figure out how to allow access to my photos and therefore can no longer use this app. Is there a fix for this?

Been using this for years

A great, basic app, not for pros!

I love this app. I used to use it for 95% of my phone edits. When I got a new phone and tried to select photos to edit it directs me to allow access to my photos. When I am redirected there is nowhere to select to allow access to photos for this app. I tried reaching out to support but I cannot get the message to post. Please help fix this so I can access and edit. Thanks!

This was one of my go-to exiting photo apps but just today (6.15.20), it says I need to “enable photo access.” I don’t know why it’s asking all of a sudden when I’ve been using it for years. Tried fixing it in Settings but still no luck. The app is supposed to ask if it can access my photos but it won’t. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Ugh. I hope they fix this but I’m not holding out much hope.

I downloaded this app at a recommendation of a friend. Opened fine. I tried to use a photo and got a pop-up that said i needed to allow access to my photos. That took me to settings where the app doesn’t even show in the list of apps to allow access. I’ve installed and uninstalled theee times. Very disappointed!

This is one of my go-to’s when it comes to quick edits and now it’s rendered unusable after upgrading my phone and redownloading the app. It keeps prompting me to enable photos, but it’s not an option when I go into the settings of my iPhone to do so. I’ve deleted and redownloaded. Restarted my phone. Tried support, but it’s in Chinese making it difficult to navigate and explain the issue

I just got this app and so far I’m loving it. I do have one issue though. When I tap on the “frames” icon nothing happens.

When I open an app. for the very first time and the very first thing I get is an ad then I want nothing to do with it. Deleted.

I use this app to edit all my business photos. It’s perfect!!

Easy to use

The app worked great till a few months ago . Now it crash’s anytime you try to add text . Tried sending feedback but it’s not in English . Other than that app works great . Would give five stars if that ever gets fixed . I tried reinstalling it even got a new phone same thing .

The collage feature is flawed - the order you select the photos is not the order that will come up in your collage. Even when I changed the order (the wrong way), somehow, the app found a way to keep those in the wrong order. There are ads for every single step in the process of any kind of photo editing you do. Sometimes the app will close out when you use the “draw” feature in photo editing. I am deleting the app after this review and have downloaded “Picstitch” which I hear is a much better collage app.

Have used this app for few years and love it. But last few months there was a problem with adding text. When you push the “text” button the App just closes.

I love to take photos all the time! With ImageEditor my photos come out like never before! I take pictures, I check them, they are not so good. 🙁 But if weren’t for ImageEditor I wouldn’t of been such a good photographer.

Adding “Text” instantly crashes the app. I tried Deleting the app and redownloading the app. I rebooted my phone, End tasks. Nothing works

I’ve used this app to cover up little flaws in my pictures. It works great.
